SEEKING FLORIDA JUSTICE

Florida violates the civil liberties of farmers by not providing due process.  Florida's Right to Farm Act law has no enforcement allowing cities and counties in Florida to restrict and prevent farmers from doing business under the rights of the Right to Farm Act a law without enforcement!  This law does not give the farmer any option to file a complaint to Florida or the Dept of Agriculture when the Florida Law has been violated allowing these Cities and Counties to restrict and prevent farmers from doing business and no agency or department to submit a complaint to leaving the farmer the burden to uphold the laws of Florida.  Should due process be available only to those who can afford it?
